Job Description: Operations & Catalogue Intern (4-Wheeler Spare Parts) Company: Amicco Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work From Office) Position Type: Full-Time Internship (With strong PPO / Full-Time Conversion potential) Duration: 3–6 Months Stipend: Competitive & Performance-linked About Amicco The automotive spare parts market in India is massive, fragmented, and complicated by millions of incompatible SKUs, incorrect fitments, and dead inventory. At Amicco, we are building modern B2B infrastructure for the automotive aftermarket. We empower workshops and garages by delivering standardized parts catalogs, high-precision fitment matching, and intelligent inventory fulfillment. We are looking for high-energy graduates and diploma holders with a strong passion for 4-wheeler mechanics to join our core operations and catalog teams. Open Tracks Track 1: Catalogue & Fitment Analyst Intern Parts-to-Car Fitment Mapping: Map multi-brand OEM and OES aftermarket parts to specific passenger car models, sub-variants, engine trims, and model production years. Cross-Referencing: Build accurate cross-reference tables comparing OEM part numbers with aftermarket equivalents (e.g., Bosch, Valeo, Uno Minda, Lumax, Schaeffler, Subros). Catalog Standardization: Standardize technical descriptions, visual diagrams, and technical specifications so workshop technicians get exact-match parts on the first attempt. Accuracy Audits: Identify and fix duplicate listings, obsolete part numbers, and erroneous fitment data across our internal database. Track 2: Inventory & Operations Analyst Intern Stock & SKU Analysis: Track movement velocity (fast, medium, slow-moving SKUs) across critical automotive subsystems (powertrain, suspension, braking, electricals). Fulfillment Operations: Assist the central operations team with inward cataloging, dispatch reconciliation, and return-rate minimization due to wrong-part dispatch. Demand Forecasting: Analyze consumption trends across Delhi/NCR garages to help predict stock requirements and eliminate dead inventory. Who We Are Looking For Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, or a related field (Recent graduates / final-year students eligible). Automotive Affinity: Solid foundational understanding of 4-wheeler passenger cars and their sub-assemblies (engine consumables, suspension links, brake pads, clutches, electrical sensors). Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data tables, parts lists, and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning). Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to verifying numbers, alphanumeric part codes, and vehicle specifications.
